The gift of leadership in Christian ministry comes with a cost;  to whom much is given, much is required.  Recent scandals in the body of Christ expose leaders who poorly stewarded this gift, taking advantage of the very sheep they were called to shepherd.  Christian leaders must learn how to meet legitimate needs for relationships and intimacy.  Drawing from 20+ years of leadership with Desert Stream Ministries, Dean will offer strategy and encouragement toward stewarding the gift we’ve been given.
