First Baptist Rogers is a Great Commission church with a vibrant, multi-generational community. We gather across three locations and offer worship services in four languages, reflecting the diversity of Northwest Arkansas. Our heart is to help people follow Jesus—making disciples, planting churches, and sharing the hope of the gospel both in our community and around the world.
As a church, we come alongside those who desire to live in obedience to God’s Word in the area of sexuality, trusting in His grace, truth, and power to bring transformation in every life surrendered to Him.
Alan and his wife, Ashley, have served as missionaries in South Korea and Toronto, Canada, and later planted and pastored a church in Fort Collins, Colorado. Today, Alan serves as the Adult Discipleship Pastor at First Baptist Rogers, where more than 1,150 adults engage in Bible study each week.
Together, they lead a support group, Renewed Hope, for parents and siblings of LGBTQ loved ones, offering Christ-centered encouragement and guidance. They have also come alongside others who struggle with unwanted same-sex attraction and other identity issues.
