Anne Paulk is a mom, ministry leader, and author and speaker on homosexual issues. She has been appeared on TV, radio and in magazines between 1990’s to 2004, including Oprah Winfrey, Good Morning America, CBS Evening News, 700 Club, Focus on the Family radio, and D. James Kennedy’s Coral Ridge Ministry. Anne ended up in People magazine and on the cover of Newsweek during this time, giving 300 interviews in one month's time (1998). Anne has spoken at Love Won Out Conferences, the Southern Baptist Convention’s Clarity Conference, Western Seminary, National Religious Broadcasters, and Focus on the Family’s Pastor and Pregnancy Resource conferences.

More recently, Anne has appeared on Dr. James Dobson’s FamilyTalk, “In the Market with Janet Parshall,” “Equipped with Chris Brooks” (Moody Radio), Dr. Michael L. Brown’s “In The Line of Fire”, Janet Mefferd Live (SRN/AFR), “Joni and Friends,” “Table Talk” (Daystar TV), Total Living Network with Jerry Rose, and The Georgene Rice Show (SRN) and others. Her story of redemption has also been in documentaries including Such Were Some of You (Pure Passion TV/2014).

She is the author of Restoring Sexual Identity: Hope for Women Who Struggle with Same-Sex Attraction (Harvest House Publishers) and co-author of Love Won Out (Focus on the Family) and has written for Spirit Led Woman, Charisma Magazine and The Gospel Coalition.  She enjoys dark chocolate, laughing with friends and family, serving at her church, skiing and the beautiful outdoors. Her greatest joy is being mom to her three sons. Anne and her young men reside in the Pacific Northwest.

Stephen Black has worked in pastoral-care ministry as an ordained minister in the local church and with International Ministerial Fellowship for over 25 years. He works full-time as Executive Director with First Stone Ministries (FSM) in Oklahoma City. Stephen is an author, speaker and teacher. He enjoys sharing in the local Church. He serves the Body of Christ at FSM in one-on-one pastoral care discipleship, weekly support group sessions, speaking, and helps to provide freedom conferences and seminars. He has been interviewed numerous times on local and national radio and on television giving hope through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

His new book--Freedom Realized--is to be released soon. Stephen has served on several Christian ministry boards. He has also worked in the local church as an associate pastor and has also worked as a volunteer prison chaplain. He is one of the founders of the Restored Hope Network and serves as the Chairman. He also serves on the board of directors for Parents and Friends of Ex-gays and Gays.

Stephen has been married to his wife Robin since May of 1986. They have three adult children and three grandchildren who are all life-long residents of the Oklahoma City area.

Dee Barnes has been ministering to the Body of Christ in the areas of sexuality and family for over 17 years. She has served as the coordinator for the healing discipleship program Living Waters by Desert Stream Ministries, board member of Resurrection Life Ministries in Atlanta, GA, speaker at the University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii for Youth With a Mission, and is the Founder and Director of His Wonderful Works (HWW). HWW is a ministry to Christians seeking understanding, teaching and counsel concerning family, relationships and sexuality.

Dee’s testimony and teaching have encouraged many congregations in the Truth of God’s transforming power. Her transparency opens the door for many to be set free from the shame that binds them and her teaching brings understanding to many issues including God’s plan for family, healthy relationships, sexual sin, homosexuality, sexual abuse and pornography addiction. Dee lives in Covington, GA with her husband Rodney and their three children, Ian, Joel and Olivia.

Garry Ingraham is the executive director of Love & Truth Network, equipping Christian leaders to develop safe and transformational environments for relationally and sexual broken people (most of us in the Church) and Transforming Congregations – a ministry outreach of Good News. The mission of Transforming Congregations is “equipping the Church to model and minister sanctified sexuality” by offering educational resources intended to instruct United Methodists about the church’s teaching on human sexuality and to bring forgiveness, healing, and transformation to those who are experiencing sexual brokenness.

Prior to the launch of Love & Truth Network, Garry served as the pastor of Soul-Care Ministries, working on a pastoral team for a large church in upstate NY for twelve years.

Garry is married to Melissa Ingraham (LMHC). They are the proud parents of two young boys. Together they serve in a variety of teaching and ministry capacities, as well as the NE Regional Coordinators for Desert Stream/Living Waters.

Karen Booth is the author of Forgetting How to Blush: United Methodist Compromise with the Sexual Revolution (Bristol 2012) and director emeritus of Transforming Congregations – a ministry outreach of Good News that equips the church to minister to those experiencing sexual brokenness.

Prior to becoming director in 2003, Rev. Karen Booth served for 16 years as a local pastor. She was also a member of the Transforming Congregations Board of Directors from 2000-2003. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Drew Theological School and an ordained Elder in the Peninsula – Delaware Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church, she has been active in various denominational renewal efforts for over a decade.

She and her husband Randy live in southern Wisconsin where she also enjoys being an avid jewelry collector and fashionista.

Debora Barr serves as an Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG) in Maryland, just outside of Washington D.C., and is the Director of the All Things New Ministry at FBCG.  She is the author of All Things New: a former lesbian’s lifelong search for love, All Things New a Discipleship Ministry for Healing, and All Things New a Discipleship Ministry for Life Transformation. Debora has been ministering to those impacted by same-sex-attraction and sexual brokenness since 2010.  She is the founder of DBarr Ministries LLC and regularly shares her testimony, preaches, teaches and ministers to the Body of Christ by helping encourage people to develop their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ for life-transformation.

Debora holds a Juris Doctor Law Degree and is currently working on her Master of Divinity with Denver Seminary, where she also serves as the Director of the Washington D.C. Extension Campus for Denver Seminary.

2017_Carl_ConliCarl Conli: Board Member

Carl Conli has been ministering to people with sexual and relational brokenness for more than 25 years. He is the founder and director of HIS Ministries, a ministry to people with unwanted same sex attraction and their families, at Harbor Church in Folsom, CA. He also serves as the local coordinator for Living Waters, a discipleship and healing ministry of Desert Stream Ministries. His biggest joy is to witness the transformation and healing that only the Lord can bring to hurting men and women. He also enjoys mentoring young men to become Christian leaders. Carl has a background in nursing and health care administration, and has served as an executive pastor for 15 years.

Carl is married to Margaret, his college sweetheart. They have four adult children and a precious granddaughter.
